A note from Markos & Sofia

Senior, small,
slightly stubborn.

We started this studio in 2014 because the agencies we worked at billed like luxury hotels and shipped like customs forms. The pattern was the same everywhere: ten junior designers, two account directors, and a partner whose only creative input was the font choice on the cover slide.

MSN is four people — sometimes nine, when our motion and Webflow team joins a sprint. No subcontractors on client work, no intern-driven decks, no six-week kickoffs. You talk to the people doing the work. The work goes out the door in two to three weeks. Then you take it to your board.

We have turned down retainers from companies that wanted us on standby. We have fired clients who wanted the logo in twelve colors. We are not for everyone. But if you want a senior team that treats your brand like their name is on it — we should probably talk.

The 14-day engine

How we ship
in fourteen days.

Four chapters, run in parallel where we can. The clock starts the morning your deposit clears; it stops the day your Figma file is yours.

  1. 01

    Kickoff & strategy

    Day 1–2

A 90-minute strategy call, a shared Notion brief, and a curated moodboard from our archive. You leave day two with the strategic direction signed off in writing.

  2. 02

    Concepts in the open

    Day 3–7

Two distinct concept routes, presented Loom-style with rationale. You pick a direction; we refine to one. No mystery rounds, no PDFs in inboxes.

  3. 03

    Build & system

    Day 8–12

Wordmark, type, color, motion principles, components, and any 3D stills. Everything is built inside a Figma library or After Effects project you own forever.

  4. 04

    Ship & handoff

    Day 13–14

A 30-minute handoff call, a Loom walkthrough, and a single shared drive with every source file. Then you go to your board meeting.
